On 05/07/03 (9:30AM) Barbie and I launched at Sunset Beach and headed for Third Beach. Once we made Third Beach, we retraced our trip along the Stanley Park Seawall and eventually made it into False Creek.[Sunset Beach ahead in the picture.] 

Just off Third Beach, with Siwash Rock in the distance (we can almost see home). 

Let's check out False Creek -- Burrard Street Bridge straight ahead. 

Just past Granville Island we turned back. 

On my Fort Langley to Abbotsford bike trip, I ventured off the TCT: there were plenty of surprises, and this was one of them. 

What a placid setting at Poplar Bar! 

I must check out the kayaking possibilities here...
